1) Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Jungle. By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for safeguarding your credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security incident.

3) Subscription, Payments & Taxes

• Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Prices and features are described on the Pricing section and may change with prior notice.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner. We receive subscription metadata (e.g., subscription ID, status) to activate access; we do not store full card or UPI details.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as per local law. You are responsible for any taxes due.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

4) Refunds

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review the case.

5) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing activities.
• No scraping, rate-limiting evasion, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of your account without permission.
• Respect our IP and third-party rights; do not remove proprietary notices.

6) Market Data & Research — No Advice

• The Service provides tools, analytics, and information “as-is” for educational and research purposes only.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
• Markets involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7) Intellectual Property

Jungle and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and designs. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8) User Content

If you upload or submit content, you grant Jungle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and use it for operating and improving the Service. You represent you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content complies with these Terms.

9) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processing, analytics). Your use of such services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies. Jungle is not responsible for third-party services.

10) Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risks, or cause harm. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNGLE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JUNGLE IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jungle from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Courts located in <Your City/State> shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you operate in a different jurisdiction, update this clause to match your entity’s location.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
